Shared Dorms
Shared Dormitories have 4-12 beds in them and may be booked as coed, male-only, or female-only. Beds are bunk-style and assignment is first-come, first-served. and specific bed requests cannot be guaranteed. Bathrooms are located in the hallways.

Coed Dorms with Ensuite Bathrooms have 8-10 beds in them, and may be shared with other male and female guests. Each dorm has a private bathroom attached. Bed assignment is first-come, first-served and specific bed requests cannot be guaranteed. Each room has a private bathroom/shower for guests assigned to that room.

Private Dorms
Private dorm rooms are the same as our shared dorm rooms, except you are buying out every bed in a room to make it private. Each room is guaranteed to have at least a full-size bed. Rooms may have additional bunkbeds depending on the number of guests you select in the booking form. Your reservation has exclusive access to this room.

Downtown Industrial Studios
Our Nashville-themed industrial vacation rentals have a queen bed and twin/twin bunkbed with large windows overlooking Downtown Nashville. The private studios contain an ensuite bathroom, kitchenette, living area with Smart TV, and futon that can sleep additional guests.

Setup: 2 bedroom condo with 2 twin/twin and 1 twin/full bunk beds in each bedroom plus 2 futons in living room

Setup: 3 bedroom rental with 6 twin/twin and 1 twin/full bunkbeds plus 4 Futons in living room.
