Health & Safety Notice

In light of the ever changing situation with regards to COVID-19, we have a duty of care to our guests and staff to ensure safety, transparency, and flexibility in what is proving to be exceptionally difficult circumstances. We are committed to doing what we reasonably can to make sure our facility is clean and hospitable for our guests. For the immediate future, we are modifying our operation to better serve guests during this time.

No Walk-Ins. Check-in will be by appointment only.

We are unable to accommodate walk-in reservations or facilitate check-ins after 11PM. Please book online prior to arrival, and notify us at info@nashvilledowntownhostel.com what your arrival time will be.

Limited Amenities

Community social areas are currently unavailable. Guests will have access to a fridge and microwave in our kitchen, but other kitchen and lounge facilities will not be available at this time.

Cleaning Standards

We continue to follow CDC guidelines for maintaining clean facilities. Common touchpoints are routinely sanitized, masks should be worn outside of guest rooms, and rooms have reduced occupancy.




FACILITY 

The Rooms

We offer shared & private dormitories as well as vacation rental studios & group suites in the heart of Downtown Nashville. 

With individual beds to accommodate more than 300 guests, our hostel is ideal for solo travelers looking to meet other guests from around the world, and for groups looking for a unique stay in the midst of Music City.

Community, Private, & Ensuite Bathrooms 

Each floor has communal restrooms/showers for men and women, as well as private bathrooms. Select dormitories and vacation rentals have private ensuite bathrooms.

Parking Options

We do not offer parking to guests. However, there are numerous parking options in the area that we are happy to recommend. Free options are available if you don’t mind walking a bit, otherwise budget around $20/night for parking downtown.

Check-in & Check-Out

Rooms are accessible for check-in between 4pm-11pm, and guests should clear their room or extend by 11am. For the time being, we are only able to facilitate check-in by appointment only.

 

Bag Storage for Overnight Guests 

Self-service bag storage is available Thursday-Sunday from 7am-11pm in our lobby. Guests can lock valuables in lockers.

GUEST REQUIREMENTS

Who can Stay? 

Must be 18 or older (unless traveling with parent or legal guardian and booking private accommodations).

  

You must be a traveler with residency at least 60 miles outside of Nashville. 

 

Bring valid foreign passport OR U.S. driver’s license (US Passports are not accepted). Domestic travelers must show a debit or credit card in your name with at least $200 in the account to cover any expenses.

Our hostel is located 1-block off of Lower Broadway, the live music and entertainment area of Nashville

Downtown Nashville is known world-wide for its rich history of music! Nashville is home to talented instrumentalists, performers, and song-writers and every day of the week you can see them playing the Honky-Tonks on Broadway and other venues across town. We are down the block from the famous Tootsie’s Orchid Lounge, where stars such as Willie 

Nelson would duck out the backstage door of the Ryman Auditorium between shows to grab a drink. We are also blocks from the Country Music Hall of Fame, Nissan Stadium, Ascend Ampitheater, Music City Center, Tennessee Performing Arts Center, and Bridgestone Arena. There is no absence of good food, drinks, music, and fun right outside our door!
