We have hosted hundreds of groups for alternative spring breaks, university trips, church and team missions, reunions and international travel adventures. We offer cost-effective options for groups of any size, and handle most of the logistics to make check-in simple and straight-forward for your team.

ACCOMMODATIONS
Dormitory Rooms
Dorm Rooms have 4, 6, or 8 bunk beds which can be rented as shared or private rooms. Most rooms are spacious enough to add additional sleeping pads if necessary. There are six private bathrooms with a sink, toilet, and shower. There are four dorm-style, gender-specific community bathrooms on each floor with showers, toilets, and sinks.

ACCOMMODATIONS
Group Suites
Group Suites can accommodate anywhere from 6-35 guests, or multiple suites can be reserved for larger groups. These group rentals have ensuite bathrooms, upgraded interiors, and exterior views of downtown or the Cumberland River. Some units have kitchenettes and private gathering areas. Depending on a group’s size, reservations may require an additional security deposit and agreement to our Group Terms & Conditions. We will offer the best room configuration based on your group details..

Exact rates depend on many factors including room type, extras, travel dates, and length of stay. However, we try and offer straight-forward pricing to help make your planning easy. We understand participants can be flakey, so we offer per-person rates to help simplify your budgeting.
